Course 02 of 10
Agent loops
An agent is a model called repeatedly. This course is about the decisions around that repetition — how a loop ends, what it costs, how to tell progress from spinning, and how to keep an action with real consequences behind a precondition rather than behind a polite request. It is the innermost of four loops; the three that wrap around it are covered in Loop engineering.
